Pricing and Payments

All product prices shown on The Productive OT are in $AUD and prices are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST). Prices shown are exclusive of delivery costs.

The Productive OT is not responsible for any additional fees or charges applied by your financial institution for currency conversion fees. If you are purchasing from us in a foreign currency to your own, the final cart total may not reflect the total charged to your account, which will be due to currency conversion fees and charges imposed by your financial institution

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

When you place an order through The Productive OT, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill our order and to communicate with you about it. The Productive OT uses your information for three general purposes: to fulfill the orders and requests for certain products and services you placed with us and to contact you about specials and new products.. After you place an order at The Productive OT we use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with an Aus Post tracking number in it. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.

We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information.
